What we collect

We do not sell personal data. We show only aggregated statistics (at least 50 people per group) on the Site.
Who we share with
- Hosting, analytics and email providers acting on our instructions (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, our hosting provider and our email provider).
- Advertising platforms, to measure ad performance (Google Ads and Meta).
International transfers
Some providers are outside the UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy).
How long we keep data
Email: until you unsubscribe. Usage data: 14 months. Uploaded images: deleted after the answer is produced.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, withdraw consent and request portability. Write to support@pocketro.bot. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your country.
